Summary

[edit]
Description
English: While digging to lay drainage and sewer pipe, construction crews have hit a hard metamorphic gneiss rock. The rock is inconsistent in its location, so crews periodically have to blast close to 20 feet into the ground to break up the rock so drills can wind through it. In some places, there is no rock and pipe can easily be installed.
