English: Bishop's Walk. A particularly attractive stretch of the path around Black Head, which passes several rock outcrops - see 1188544 as it twists through precipitous woodland, here full of three-cornered leeks and bluebells. The Bishop's Walk is so named because it was created in the nineteenth century by Bishop Henry Phillpotts, as explained under 1058234. |
