meetings of thisBoard need be held and it shall have nocontrol over or management of the affairsof the Association, except as the Boardof Directors may desire from time to timeto submit any matters to it. In such case,meetings of this Board shall be held on tendays notice from the President of theAssociation. The above amendments were adoptedseparately and thereafter adopted as awhole by a unanimous vote of all of themembers of the Board present. The following officers were elected forthe ensuing year: President, William Dut-cher; First Vice-President, Dr. T. S. Pal-mer; Second Vice-President, Dr. J. A.Allen: Secretary, T. Gilbert Pearson;Treasurer, Dr. Jonathan Dwight, Jr. The President stated that Mr. GiffordPinchot had invited the Association toappoint a Committee to cooperate withthe National Conservation Commission.By direction of the Board the followingCommittee was appointed: Chairman,Mr.Edward Howe Forbush, Dr. T. S. Palmer.Frank M. Chapman, T. Gilbert Pearson,William Dutcher.
