Summary
[edit]DescriptionBinfield Park, South entrance - geograph.org.uk - 1056932.jpg |
English: Binfield Park: South entrance The house at Binfield Park was built in 1775 for a gentleman called Onesiphorus Elliot. After several changes of ownership, the house became a military hospital in World War II and subsequently an NHS residential home. After this use ended it endured a long period of remaining empty and deteriorated to a very poor state of repair. It has since been refurbished into luxury houses.
This is the south entrance to the park in Tilehurst Lane. |
