English: Alp Grüm, its railway station and the Lago Palü in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. The distinctive peak of Sassalb can be seen in the distance, with the Val di Poschiavo between it and Alp Grüm. The Bernina railway can be seen snaking down the mountain side below Alp Grüm on its way to the village of Poschiavo, 1,000 metres (3,300 ft) below and hidden in the valley under Sassalb. |
