Description The fifteen-story Settles Hotel towers over everything else in Big Spring, Texas. The hotel was completed in 1930 and was the biggest luxury facility between Ft. Worth and El Paso. It has been abandoned since the 1980s but is scheduled to reopen in 2011 as a mixed-use property.
