Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The view northwest from the summit of Big Bald (5,516 ft/1,681 m) in the Bald Mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina, in the southeastern United States. The bald area below is often mistakenly called "Little Bald," but it's actually an unnamed subpeak of Big Bald. Little Bald is the forested peak just beyond the subpeak. Part of Erwin, Tennessee, is visible in the valley on the extreme left.
