Italiano: Count Biagio delle Castellare with his wife in Piazza Crosara
The Biagio delle Castellare (in Tesine dialect Biasgio or Biargio) is an ancient carnival tradition, celebrated in Tesino (Province of Trento) for over 600 years, which humorously commemorates the revolt of the Tesini that broke out in 1365 against the despotic Count Biagio.
