Description
English: This is the curry made of potatoes stuffed with all spices. The word "bharela" means stuffed and "bateka" means potatoes in Gujarati language. This curry is much popular in Southern Gujarat region and the most amazing thing is that the potatoes is stuffed not only with the spices alone but the smashed "Gathiya" is also added into it. The Gathiya is a very popular snack available al over Gujarat. The curry is spicy and sour too in taste.
