IT was "Peter Pan" that first brought little Betty to the attention of film fans. She was born in Trenton, N. J., November 17, 1906, and was educated at the East Orange High School and St. Vincent's Academy, Newark. She entered pictures in 1922, and her big chance came three years later. Betty is 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. Her hair is brown, her eyes are blue. After playing in "The Singing Fool" she went abroad, and made one film there, "Peer Gynt," for UFA. Returning to Hollywood, she resumed her American film career.
