[edit]- There are no copyright marks on as can be seen by the front and back views. While the original negative and any possible photos date circa 1919-1925, I have licensed this as PD-pre-1978 as the Caterpillar Company issued a new set of photos from the original negatives and did not place any copyright marks on them.
