Das Foto fokussiert auf das in den Bau integrierte Portal IV des 1950 gesprengten de:Berliner Stadtschlosses, von dessen Balkon aus de:Karl Liebknecht am 9. November 1918 im Zuge der de:Novemberrevolution die „Freie Sozialistische Republik“ ausgerufen hatte.
