Description
Deutsch: Die ehemalige Handelshochschule Berlin in der Spandauer Straße 1 in Berlin-Mitte, heute Sitz der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Humboldt-Universität. Das Gebäude wurde 1904-1906 nach einem Entwurf der Architekten Wilhelm Cremer und Richard Wolffenstein erbaut, die die mittelalterliche Heilig-Geist-Kapelle (links) in den Komplex integrierten. Das Gebäude ist als Baudenkmal gelistet.
English: The former Handelshochschule (Commercial College) Berlin at Spandauer Straße No. 1 in Berlin-Mitte, now seat of the Department of Economics of Humboldt University. The building was constructed from 1904 to 1906 to a design by the architects Wilhelm Cremer and Richard Wolffenstein, who integrated the medieval Heilig-Geist-Kapelle (Holy Ghost Chapel, left) into the complex. The building has been designated as a historic landmark.
