Description
Deutsch: Die frühere Josty Brauerei bzw. Bergbrauerei im Hof des Mietshauses Bergstraße 22 in Berlin-Mitte, jetzt Ferienappartements und das Restaurant Katz Orange. Sie wurde 1890-1891 nach einem Entwurf der Architekten Enders & Hahn errichtet. Die beiden ehemaligen Wirtschaftsgebäude rechts und links entstanden bereits um 1860 bzw. 1880. Der Komplex mit dem 1878 entstandenen Vorderhaus ist als Baudenkmal gelistet. Die letzte Sanierung wurde 1996 vom Architekturbüro Elwardt & Lattermann Architekten umgesetzt.
English: The former Josty Brewery (or Berg Brewery) in the court of a residential building at Bergstraße No. 22 in Berlin-Mitte, now holiday apartments and the Restaurant Katz Orange. The brewery was built from 1890 to 1891 to a design by the architects Enders & Hahn. The two industrial buildings (left and right) were built earlier (around 1860 and in 1880). The complex, also encompassing the front building (1878), has been designated as a historic landmark. The last restoration was realized by the architecture office Elwardt & Lattermann Architekten
