Deutsch: Donaumoos-Denkmal in Berg im Gau, Landkreis Neuburg-Schrobenhausen, Bayern, Deutschland. Der 1959 von der Saatgut-Erzeuger-Vereinigung gestiftete Gedenkstein erinnert an die Kultivierung des Donaumooses und in diesem ZUsammenhang an einen Besuch von Kurfürst Karl Theodor im Jahr 1794 in Berg im Gau. Die Inschrift lautet: Im Jahre 1794 hatten seine kurfürstliche Durchlaucht zu Pfalz-Bayern Karl Theodor die höchste Gnade das mit grossen Kosten zur besseren Benutzung gebrachte Donaumoos an diesem Platz in höchsten Augenschein zu nehmen. |
