Title
Benjamin Franklin, Independent Writing
Description
9x14-1/2 on cardboard. Benjamin Franklin, having been interested in communication while in the physical, namely the telegraph, seems to have continued his interest after passing from the physical. He returned as the leader of the "circle" of spirit guiding forces for Kate Fox. Sometimes, along with the others, he would use Kate's hand to do the mirror-writing, but on occasion, he would write independently as in the original. Number 0434 is evidence. He gave much evidence which is of scientific value during the Fox-Livermore seances and the Fox-Taylor seances. When Kate went to England, he said, "Seek us not elsewhere." (Reproduced in KATIE FOX AND THE FOX-TAYLOR RECORDS, p.30).
