Description
English: Bust portrait of a bearded man wearing a suit turned slightly to the left. "Hughes of Pettis" (written below the image on the album page). Hughes was a delegate from Pettis County (16th senatorial district) to the Missouri State Convention held at the Mercantile Library in St. Louis from January 6 to 11, 1865.
