Description
English: Louis Riel and a Cree man ride away from the site of the Frog Creek Massacre. Behind them, a man emerges from a tipi marked "OLD TOMORROW" (the nickname of John A. MacDonald); he is holding a scroll marked "COMMISSION TO INVESTIGATE GRIEVANCES" - however, as the caption of the cartoon indicates, he is "Too Late".
