Summary
[edit]DescriptionBellevue Washington Children, 1923 (19161392542).jpg |
English: Rob Ketcherside writes, "This looks like a school or class photo to me. My guess is that it's the Main Street School, which opened in 1922 and had 10 rooms. So this is one class. "On the back there is written in pencil 'Elmer Blye' and in ink 'Jack center left on bottom row'. In Ancestry I found a tree with an Elmer Henry (Jack) Blye. Records show that he was born in 1913, so he would have been 10 in 1923 which looks right to me. I believe he's the boy in the center with the buckles on his boots. |
