Summary
[edit]DescriptionBellamy Mansion Negro House in Wilmington, North Carolina.jpg |
English: This was the building in which the nine Bellamy Mansion house slaves lived. It was unusual for slaves to have such "upscale" accommodations, but urban slaves were treated better than plantation slaves. But of course they were still slaves.
