To assure delivery of the addendum before eight o'clock the following morning, arrangements are made for special mail or express handling on a night train arriving at the distant city at an early hour and for regularly scheduled pick-up and delivery to the Information center. One set of hard metal type used for the daily addendum, the alphabetical Information directory, and the regular customer directory, is now recognized as the most efficient plan where the Information records and the regular directory can be handled by the same printer.
