Soldiers and sailors like it, and sayso without qualification. They like itbecause there is usually no waiting inline at attended locations. The sol-dier or sailor can step right up to acounter and give his call to a cheerfuland efficient attendant. If he has anyquestion about how much his call willcost, or should he have difficulty find- the attendant knows what the troubleis and can tell him all about it. Thereis no need of hanging around abooth, and no need to be concernedabout losing ones turn. When hiscall is ready, the attendant tells himover a loud-speaker that it is waitingin a particular booth. When hefinishes his call, he can pay for itwithout having to worry aboutchange; the attendant has it for him.
