Former Kollerich Tenement Building. Three storey, Neo-Baroque building with mid avants-corps. Architect: Emil Tőry. Built in 1899 Ordered by Lajos Kollerich, Lajos Kollerich, the shareowner of the Kollerich and Sons metall products factory. Stonemason: Lipót Havel - 21 Belgrád Quay /former: Franz Joseph I. Kai Quay/, Belváros (Inner City) neighbourhood, Belváros-Lipótváros district, Budapest, Hungary.
Magyar:
Háromemeletes, neobarokk, középrizalitos épület Tervező: Tőry Emil (1863-1928). Építés éve: 1899. Építtető: Kollerich Lajos. Építő: Havel Lipót építőmester. Az 5/2020. (I.30.) számú önkormányzati rendelet alapján kerületi egyedi védett érték.
