Description
English: Served at Dongfanggong, Tianzhu, Beijing. They have 9 different levels of noodle thickness to choose: Thin (细面, 2mm), Erxi (二细, 3mm), Sanxi (三细, 2.5mm), Baokuan (薄宽, 15mm wide), Qiaomaileng (荞麦棱, tri-prism), Maoxi (毛细, 1mm), Erzhuzi (二柱子, 5mm thick), Dakuan (大宽, 50mm wide) and Jiuyezi (韭叶子, 5mm flat).
