Description
English: Beech trees at Summer Heath. There are beech woods all over the Chilterns. The wood was the base of the furniture making industry in High Wycombe. These are mature trees on the edge of Summer Heath. In front of them is a mixture of small deciduous trees, planted recently and protected from animals in plastic tubes.
