Español: Fig 2. Visualización de vainas alrededor de los capilares de la Pulpa Roja, positivas para CD271+, conectadas a la red peri-folicular de tres folículos.

(h) ROI 3: teñida para células endoteliales de los senos/sinusoides de la pulpa roja con CD34 (marrón) y para fibroblastos con CD271 (azul).
Se muestran dos folículos en azul (f) y una parte de un vaina linfática periarterial (PALS) en marrón entre ambos folículos. Los capilares internos surgen de una arteria central en el PALS (asterisco).
El CD271 está más fuertemente expresado en células estromales de la vaina capilar.
Las células dendríticas foliculares (FDC) en los folículos, las células de retículo fibroblástico (FRC) en una vaina linfática periarterial (PALS) y los fibroblastos intersticiales ubicuos también son positivos.
Superposición de 24 secciones consecutivas registradas.
