2016. október 25-én aláírásra került „Új országos közforgalmú kikötő kiépítése Mohácson” című 5, 04 Mrd Ft összköltségű projekt, ami várhatóan 2019. december 31-én zárul (elkészül). Alapkőletétel 2021-09-23 Mosóczi László, az Innovációs és Technológiai Minisztérium (ITM) közlekedéspolitikáért felelős államtitkára jelenlétében (7,8 milliárd forint összértékű beruházás). 2022-ben átadták a mohácsi kikötő részét képező csarnoképületet kivitelező Platina Bau Zrt. volt. 2022-05-12 jól halad a partfalépítés Info: old.mohacs.hu És mohacsikikoto.hu/ A határkikötőtől délre 300 méter partfalat építenek 3 ki- és berakodó kikötőállást épíítenek és szabadtéri tároló is létesül a 2 és fél hektásros területenmagyarepitok.hu Képen hátul ÁTI DEPO gabonatárolói. - Baranya megye, Mohács, Budapesti út (5121-es mellékút) Duna rakpar
