(June 3, 2016) Senior Chief Musician Michael Bayes conducts the U.S. Navy Ceremonial Band at the U.S. Navy Memorial during a wreath laying ceremony in honor of the the 74th anniversary of the Battle of Midway. Fought on the high seas of the Pacific, the Battle of Midway was the turning point of WWII and is the U.S. Navy’s most significant naval victory.
