Description
English: Bathing Hints from the Daily Mercury, Friday 16 Feb 1934

Do not stay in the water if feet or hands become in the least bit numb, as this is proof that circulation and heart action are being affected, and the consequences may be serious. Do not bathe immediately before or after a meal, as in the first instance one has less strength for any emergency and in the latter digestion is interrupted with unpleasant and harmful results.
