English: Claro Mayo Recto Jr. (February 8, 1890 – October 2, 1960) was a Filipino statesman, jurist, poet and one of the foremost statesmen of his era. He is the grandfather of current Senator Ralph Gonzales Recto. This statue is located at Lipa City, Philippines, the site we called " Monumento" which literary means monument.
