Description Parmi les crus les plus célèbres se trouve le Würzburger Stein. La bouteille dans laquelle il est commercialisé possède une forme spéciale, appelée le « Bocksbeutel », rappelant une ellipse aplatie. Ce type de bouteilles, qui contient 0,75 litre de vin comme toutes les autres, serait d'origine paysanne : d'une part les gourdes se transportaient mieux si elles pouvaient être aplaties contre le corps, d'autre part, une fois posées à terre, il y avait moins de risques qu'elles ne roulent à travers champs...
