| Description |
English: This volume, originally from Ludwig Moser’s private book collection (cf. note of ownership 2r) came to the Basel University Library as part of the holdings of the library of the Carthusian Monastery of Basel. It contains various theological texts in German, beginning with a version of Wilhelm Textoris’ Migrale vel Ars moriendi (Sterbebuch, a book on the art of dying), which Moser himself translated into German. This is followed by Henry Suso’s "Büchlein von der Wahrheit”, Thomas Peuntner’s "Büchlein von der Liebe Gottes”, and several sermons by Johannes Tauler and Meister Eckhart.
Deutsch: Der Band, der ursprünglich aus Ludwig Mosers persönlicher Büchersammlung stammt (vgl. Besitzeintrag 2r), gelangte mit dem Bestand der Basler Kartäuserbibliothek an die UB. Er enthält verschiedene theologische Texte auf Deutsch, beginnend mit einer von Moser selbst verdeutschten Version von Wilhelm Textoris’ Sterbebuch mit dem Titel Migrale vel Ars moriendi. Darauf folgen Heinrich Seuses „Büchlein von der Wahrheit“, Thomas Peuntners „Büchlein von der Liebe Gottes“ und eine Anzahl von Predigten Johannes Taulers und Meister Eckharts.
Français : Le volume, qui provient à l’origine de la collection personnelle de livres de Ludwig Moser (voir la note de possession au folio 2r), a été transféré à la bibliothèque universitaire avec le fonds de la chartreuse de Bâle. Il contient différents textes théologiques en allemand, à commencer par une version d’un texte sur l’accompagnement des mourants et la préparation à la mort de Wilhelm Textoris, intitulé Migrale vel Ars moriendi, que Moser lui-même traduisit en allemand. Suivent le « Büchlein von der Wahrheit » d’Henri Suso, le « Büchlein von der Liebe Gottes » de Thomas Peuntner et d’autres sermons de Johannes Tauler et de Maître Eckhart.
Italiano: Il volume, che proviene originariamente dalla collezione di libri personali di Ludwig Moser (cfr. la nota di possesso a c. 2r), è stato trasferito alla biblioteca universitaria con il fondo della certosa di Basilea. Contiene vari testi teologici in tedesco, a cominciare da una versione del volume sulla preparazione alla morte e accompagnamento del moribondo di Wilhelm Textoris, intitolata Migrale vel Ars moriendi che Moser stesso tradusse in tedesco.
