La scène représente le roi faisant une offrande au dieu Horus Khenty-Khety, "Osiris qui réside à Athribis". Le dieu hiéracocéphale est représenté assis, la tête surmontée du disque solaire, tenant un long sceptre "heka" ; ses titres sont figurés devant et au dessus de sa tête.
