English: An incomplete base silver Denarius of Severus Alexander, 222-235. Mint is Rome, 227, Reece period 11. Obverse shows laureate and draped bust right. Obverse legend reads [...]ALEXAND AVG. Reverse shows Emperor standing left, sacrificing. Reverse legend reads [P M TR P] VI COS II P P. Condition is fine, die axis is 6 o'clock, weight is 2.10g, diameter is 17.37mm. See RIC IV, pt.2, p.75, no.70.
