Summary
[edit]DescriptionBarmston Sands - geograph.org.uk - 845078.jpg |
English: Barmston Sands, north east of Barmston, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. A platform of thick, grey-brown sludge below the high water mark on the beach east of Hamilton Hill, Barmston. The large mounds of earth and sand on the shoreline in the distance are where a field drain has been extended as far as the beach, but it is perhaps more likely that this stuff comes from a sewer pipe buried beneath the sand. |
