Summary
[edit]DescriptionBari Sottovia Quintino Sella.jpg |
Italiano: Sottovia Quintino Sella English: The Quintino Sella Underpass in Bari provides passage for road traffic, cyclists, and pedestrians under the main railway line west of the Central Station. This is the south end of the underpass, looking north. In this 2008 photo, suspended above the road are long-disused electrical wires for the former Bari trolleybus system, which closed in 1987. These wires were finally removed in late 2016 after being hit by a tall vehicle, creating a hazard, but many other sections of overhead wires from the 1987-closed system remained in place. |
