English: Barclays Bank, Lower Northam Road A plaque to the left of the door to the bank says "This clock was presented to the people of Hedge End by the carnival committee to commemorate the centenary of Hedge End Council, 14th December 1994". At first I couldn't see any clock; it was only when I had crossed the street that it became apparent. |
