To remember with grateful affection Edward BARBER, Priest for 28 years rector of St Bridget's in this city. Archdeacon of Chester and Canon Residentiary of this cathedral church. Died 23rd July 1914 Next panel Dorothy Ann FRASER who died February 19, 1891. Next panel To the grateful memory of William Henry Lawrence COGSWELL, D.D. Canon of this church, who for 37 years served this diocese. First as Vicar of St Oswalds, Chester then as Rector of Wallasey and as Rural Dean of Birkenhead and Wallasey successively. He died May 26th 1917. Auth, Additional information with courtesy of Wills and Indexes, on Ancestry. He resided at Riverscote Boughton, Chester, Clerk, Canon of Chester Cathedral and he died at 11.
