Barbed and tanged arrowhead
Description
English: A flint barbed and tanged arrowhead dating to the Bronze Age (c. 2500 - 1200 BC). The arrowhead is formed from a mid-brown coloured flint. It is triangular in shape with two notches chipped into the base to separate the barbs and tang. Both faces have been worked with covering, scaled and low-angle retouch. The arrowhead is 38mm in length and 27mm at maximum width.
