English: CWI - Henderson Country Women's Institute banner comprises- banner, badge, and black drawstring case .1- BANNER- rectangular banner of gold-coloured artificial satin (back) and black cotton velvet (front), with gold-coloured cord for hanging and gold `metallic' fringing to lower edge, with painted decoration to the front MOTIFS- at centre the badge of the Women's Institute with monogram initials WI, with illustrations of a rose, maple leaf and silver fern, and motto- FOR HOME AND COUNTRY', above which is painted `1926 - HENDERSON' and below which is painted clusters of red geraniums .2 BADGE- rectangular silver gilt badge markings- engraved on the front `GOLDEN JUBILEE', dated on reverse `1976' maker's marks stamped to the reverse- STGSIL .3 BAG- long tubular black artificial silk bag gathered to single point at one end and with a black leather drawstring at other end
