Description Das vermutlich von Conrad Friedrich Wilhelm Titel errichtete Gebäude kam um 1810 in den Besitz des Textilkaufmanns Immanuel Meyer Magnus, der dort unter seinem neuen Namen Johann Matthias Magnus ein Bankgeschäft betrieb. Sein Sohn und Nachfolger, Friedrich Martin Magnus, führte die Firma unter dem Namen Bankhaus F. Mart. Magnus weiter. Die Bank wurde 1894 aus dem Handelsregister gestrichen. Die Familie Magnus verkaufte das Haus 1899 an die Berliner Bank, die es anschließend für einen Neubau abreißen ließ.
