Morris Canal was along-side this building and became City Subway with Orange Street station above ground to park. Current is U-Haul rental and storage after 2014 renovation and removal of smokestack and windows. |

View from City Subway Orange Street station to building of James A. Banister Company, 370-386 Orange Street, Newark, NJ 07103. Built 1915 and occupied till 1934 as shoe company. Sold to Tung-Sol Lamp Works company, occupied from 1935 till 1976.
