| Description |
English: (1 in a multiple picture set) The sun had almost disappeared below the far horizon as I walked the beach in Bandon, OR. The clouds reflected back what light there was and caused these rock formations to be silhouetted. The interesting thing about this beach is the tide. When the tide goes out in the evening, you can walk to and around these rocks. When the tide is in, about ten feet of water covers their base, and they appear to have moved outward further from the shore. (Scanned from a slide.) |
