I have learned a great deal about ourstate and I think West Virginia is just thegreatest little state in the world. I wouldntexchange her for a dozen others twice hersize; her .scenery is the most beautiful to befound anywhere, and her people have thebiggest, kindest hearts I have ever known.Club work has helped me to live up toChristian ideals and to try to keep my nameand character clean and unblemished. Iknow that if I ever accomplish anj^hingworth while in life I shall owe a great dealof it to the help I have received from clubwork. I found a little poem some time ago thatI think is a good ideal for club boys andgirls to live up to. It well represents one ofthe ideals of club work.
