Commerce, remarked,every man, woman and child n Parkersburgwanted o hear Daniel Willard talk. Ihe subject of Mr. Willards talk was a generaldiscussion of the transportation conditionsand the problems and difficulties of thecarriers. The meeting was to have been closedpromptly at 7.50 but at that time Mr.Willard was asked to continue liis talk.
