In the past eightyears I have pur-chased two homes with money bor-rowed from the Relief Department;both have now been repaid in full andI have a clear title for the property.Will say that I think the Baltimoreand Ohio Relief Departments planfor assisting employes in purchasinghomes is the best plan, as the loan ispaid in monthly installments by de-duction from wages, the same as pay-ing rent, and is hardly missed.
