Brakeman and Mrs. R. W. Sherrardare the proud parents of a baby boy, bomon October 9. Congratulations, boys, andthe best of health to the youngsters andwives. Little did a certain nurse in The TwinCity Hospital know that in nursing CarInspector E. V. Hoagland, of Uhrich.sville,back to health, she was to put up withhim the rest of her life. Theyj^weremarried on November 28. Congratula-tions, Hoagie, and we wish you a longand happy married life.

86 Baltimore and Ohio Magazine, January, 1^24 Carl Groninger, traveling freight agent,was in Dover a few days before Thanks-gi-ving and wanted to buy a few turkeysto send back to his home. The yardmaster informed him that Conductor P. C.Stevenson had a turkey farm, and then Mr.Groninger got in touch with Mr. Stevenson.Mr. Stevenson would not promise anydelivery for Thanksgiving, but could de-liver any number for Christmas. Mr.Groninger ordered a carload to be shippedvia the Baltimore and Ohio. Any em-ployes interested in turkeys can get in touchwith Mr. Stevenson at Dover. Haselton, Ohio Correspondent, Lee RichardsJanuary as National Thrift month in-terests us all. We ■ can help ourselves byhelping others. Fireman B. H.
