C, where webelieve the problem has been solved in a mannersatisfactory to all concerned and also withoutlosing a minute of the employes time. Theoffice force is divided into sub-departments,each of which covers a certain class of work,and in each department three or four clerks areemployed. These boys are all full of the spiritof loyal brotherhood and helpfulness towardone another as well as of loyalty to the Company,and arrangements are made by which one clerkat a time from each department is able to takea few days vacation, provided, of course, he isentitled to same by reason of length of serviceand other qualifications.
