22 Mount Clare Bowlers are Awarded Trophiesfor 1917-1918 Season HFTER a strenuous season, mem-bers of the bowling teams ofthe Mt. Clare Welfare, Athleticand Pleasure Association wereawarded valuable prizes at an enter-tainment and dance held at LehmanHall, Baltimore, on the evening of May28. The presentation speeches weremade by John T. Broderick, supervisorof special bureaus, and Dr. E. M. Parlett,chief of the welfare bureau. The program opened with vaudevillenumbers. The Mt. Clare Orchestra,C. W. Hake, director, and L. F. Schwa-tora, leader, was first on the bill and camein for much well-earned applause. Theother entertainers included Norman theMagician, the McCaslin Sisters, singersand dancers, and James Young, mono-loguist. Then followed the distribution ofprizes. Mr. Broderick, who was intro-duced by H. A. Beaumont, chairman ofthe committee of arrangements, made abrief address in which he congratulatedL. Finegan, superintendent of Mt.
