To All Employes of The Baltimore & Ohio Railroad System: I would like to shake hands with each of the sixty thousandemployes of The Baltimore & Ohio Railroad System on thisfirst day of the new year, and extend at the same time mycongratulations and best wishes; but as this is not possible, Iwish to convey the same sentiments by means of this messageto each of my fellow employes in the Baltimore & Ohio service.
